Coach Teresa Brenneke CoachingPhilosophy Educating individuals about fitness and helping them reach goals has been a passion since I started teaching group fitness classes over 14 years ago. Racing my first sprint triathlon in 2002, I instantly fell in love with the sport, and started to train to race. Being a mother of 3 young children, I have to work at leading a balanced life between family, church, work, training and of course rest. And coaching others to do the same is a priority. I think the key to this is having a purpose for each workout prior to execution, and ensuring that the purpose is going to help achieve a set goal. And always keeping it fun!
