CoachingPhilosophy
BeyondPerformance was founded in 1996 with a
simple philosophy; offer coaching, mentoring,
support and motivation to people with
all athletic hopes and capabilities.
My promise to you is to serve as a role
model as well as your partner.
I understand that everyone has their ups
and downs - I will be there with
you throughout your many athletic
journeys.   Everyone runs or turns to
triathlons for different reasons in their lives -
whether it be just a
general interest, a health concern or
any other situation that life may throw your way.
I turned to running, duathlons, triathlons because I
truly have a great passion for the sports.
I love the challenge and the excitement.
I would be honored to be your coach and partner.
I will believe in you - so you can believe in yourself.

CoachingPhilosophy
Educating individuals about fitness and helping them
reach goals has been a passion since I started teaching
group fitness classes over 14 years ago.  Racing my first
sprint triathlon in 2002, I instantly fell in love with the
sport, and started to train to race.  Being a mother
of 3 young children, I have to work at leading a
balanced life between family, church, work, training
and of course rest.  And coaching others to do the same
is a priority.  I think the key to this is having a purpose for
each workout prior to execution, and ensuring that the
purpose is going to help achieve a set goal.
And always keeping it fun!
