Coaching Services

At BeyondPerformance, we offer a couple of different
multi-sport (dualthon and triathlon) plans to fit your
busy and hectic lifestyle.

PLAN A  This service includes in-depth daily workouts
to match your goals, along with unlimited tips and tools
discussing numerous topics including, but are not limited to,
swim, cycling, run instruction, nutrition, race tactics and
strategy, merchandise and assistance in
race and equipment selection.  
And as with all of our plans you will receive unlimited
access to our
BP coaches via phone and/or e-mail.

PLAN B  Are you training for a particular race and need
a training plan designed with this race in mind?
Our RACE PLAN will be designed with YOUR race in mind!
We offer 12, 16 and 20 week plans leading up to your
race and will include all phases of
training and an in-depth taper.
This plan includes everything offered in Plan A, with a
race focus.  We have used this approach with 100's
of first time Ironman participants and age groupers
looking to move up as well as elites looking for a
podium finish!
